Close Shave For Tehsildar As Vehicle Meets With Accident In Odisha’s Sambalpur

Sambalpur: Tehsildar of Naktideul in Odisha’s Sambalpur district had a close shave after a car collided head-on with the vehicle he was travelling in on Sunday.

As per preliminary information, the mishap took place at Rairakhol in Sambalpur district in the morning when Naktideul Tehsildar Amar J Dungdung was proceeding to the venue of Chief Minister’s function.

While both the vehicles were damaged in the collision, the Tehsildar is reported to be safe after the accident. Other occupants of the two vehicles are reported to be safe.

He was proceeding to the venue of an event slated to be graced by Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi when his vehicle was involved in a head-on collision with another car near Dehuri Sahi Chhak at Rairakhol town.

Following the mishap, the Tehsildar proceeded to Sambalpur in another vehicle. A team of police personnel visited the site and launched a probe.
