Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Thursday inaugurated Kharavela Bhawan, the newly-constructed Odisha Secretariat Building, at Unit-5 here.
The nine-storey building, which will house offices of 12 departments of the state government, has been built over an area of 8.3 acre at a cost of Rs 128 crore.
It also has a restroom and a conference hall for the Chief Minister.
