Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik launched the online pension
portal ‘Arpana’ at state secretariat here on Tuesday.
Stating that his government is committed to good governance with the
help of 3Ts – teamwork, transparency and technology, the Chief Minister
said, “I am delighted to inaugurate the Arpana portal today. Now, the
pensioners can apply for revision of pension through this portal and
track the status of their application. It will be of great help to the
senior citizens who can get their dues in a hassle free and time bound
manner.”
Finance Minister Sashi Bhusan Behera and senior government officers
were present on the occasion.
The new portal designed by state finance department aims at providing
all services meant for pensioners.
