Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Friday left for New Delhi on a five-day trip.
The Chief Minister will be attending an inter-state council meeting, official source said.
As the CM has indicated there would be changes in the
state ministry, speculation is rife in political circles that a
reshuffle will take place after Naveeb returns from the national capital.
