Bhubaneswar: Odisha Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has extended warm
greetings to people of the state on the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr today.
“Warm greetings and best wishes on the auspicious occasion of
Eid-ul-Fitr. May this day bring joy and happiness to all and
strengthen spirit of brotherhood and amity in the society.
#EidMubarak”, the CM tweeted.

Id-ul-fitr marks the end of the holy month of fasting, Ramadan, which
lasts between 29 to 30 days depending on the sighting of the moon.
All Muslims across Odisha are celebrating Eid with fervour and gaiety
today. The mosques of the capital city have been decorated and there
is excitement in the air with families looking forward to getting
together, wearing new clothes, relishing good food and most of all
spreading cheer on this auspicious occasion.
