Bhadrak: Considering the significant rise in COVID-19 cases in the last few days, the district administration on Sunday announced lockdown in the areas under Bhadrak Municipality and Dhamnagar NAC from July 20 to 31.
An official order issued by the district collector Gyan Ranjan Das said all commercial and private offices, establishments and institutions, shops, vending zones in the two urban local bodies can remain open between 5 am and 1 pm on weekdays. But these establishments have to follow the protocols of COVID-19 like wearing face masks and maintaining social distancing during the working hours.
However, there will be following exemptions:
The weekend shutdown will be in force during the lockdown, said district Collector in the order.
