College Girl Dies After Fall In Odisha’s Keonjhar

Keonjhar: A college girl died allegedly after falling from the terrace of a house at Barbil in Odisha’s Keonjhar district.

According to sources, the student reportedly had a fall at her rented house in Sriram Nagar area of Barbil late on Friday night. in Keonjhar district. The deceased has been identified as Ruchi Jha, daughter of Sabal Jha, who works in a private mines company.

Sabal has been staying in a rented house at Sriram Nagar along with his family. His elder daughter Ruchi also lived with them and had gone to the terrace for some reason.

She was immediately rushed to Barbil community health center (CHC) where doctors declared her dead upon arrival.

A police team rushed to the site after getting information and launched a probe. The circumstances under which the incident took place is yet to be ascertained.
