Conduct Plus III Admission Sans Original Certificates, Odisha Govt Tells Colleges

Bhubaneswar: Taking note of the difficulties faced by the students in submitting their original certificates due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the Odisha government on Monday directed the principals of all degree colleges to allow the admission of the students in the Plus III streams without the original certificates.

The Higher Education Department, in a letter, has directed the principals to accept the self-attested download mark-sheets and not compel the students to submit the migration certificates.

However, they should accept these documents with an undertaking from the students that they would submit the original certificates later.
