Confused About How To Modify Your Tata Sky DTH Packages? Here’s How You Can

The new TV channel packages by TRAI have left many people confused as to how to choose the channels they want to watch.

There are basically four ways to do so:

1. Customer care
2. Send an SMS
3. Android or iOS app
4. Web portal

One of the most convenient ways is using the web portal and here’s how you can:

1: Open tatasky.com/wps/portal, and click on ‘select packs’.

2: Enter your registered mobile number or Tata Sky subscriber ID. Verify the OTP. Then you will see “Your Pack” and clicking on view will show all the channel packs you are currently subscribed to.

3: To modify a pack, click on the box and a new window will open where you can add or remove channels.

4: You can add categories by pressing on “+” sign.

5: Click on the confirm button if you are happy with your final selection.

The process is similar on the mobile app. You can alternatively call or text the customer care unit (1800-208-6633) to add or remove channels.
