Nabarangpur: Congress activists on Thursday staged demonstration before Jharigaon forest ranger’s office in Nabarangpur district, demanding allotment of land pattas to tribals.
Congress leader Pradeep Majhi, who led the demonstration, said the state government should provide land pattas as well as social benefits to the tribals.
On the other hand, Chhatra Congress president Itish Pradhan informed that the party would organise a mass farmers rally in the state capital in the next 20 days to put pressure on the state government to solve the issues troubling the community.
