A pastor in Andhra Pradesh is in the eye of a storm after his controversial comments went viral on social media.
Bible Open University International (BOUI) Deputy Director Pastor K Upendra Rao can be heard demanding division of India into two and seeking one part for Christians, timesnownews.com reported.
“Under the leadership of our beloved leader Mr PD Sundara Rao, we, on behalf of All India True Christian Council (AITCC) demand that India should be split into two, and one half should be given to Christians as a separate country. We will not bother you then,” the Pastor says in the video.
SC ST Rights Forum posted the video on its Twitter handle.
Pastor Upendra is the AITCC president for Telangana and Maharashtra.
