Keonjhar: A police personnel died as he was hit by a truck while returning after duty in Odisha’s Keonjhar district on Saturday morning.
Accoridng to sources, the mishap took place near Kabitra area on National Highway-49 bypass in the district when police constable Manoj Kumar Mohant was returning home. He hailed from Ukhunda village under Baria police limits.
The constable died on the spot after being hit by a truck from behind.
