Bhubaneswar: The Odisha health department has reportedly identified 103 red alert cases, who have allegedly defied the home quarantine advisory.
These cases were identified by the outbound call centre (OCC) set-up by the Odisha government for health assistance, information, guidance or registration in reference to novel coronavirus, media reports said,
Reacting strongly to the violation, the state government has asked the respective District Magistrates to initiate inquires into such violations on Monday (March 23) and inform local police in writing if those are found to be true.
The local police has been asked to file cases and the local administration directed to take steps to shift them to government quarantine facilities, the reports added.
