Bhubaneswar: After a gap of 14 days, a fresh COVID-19 case was detected in Bhubaneswar on Tuesday.
The 77-year-old man is from Madhusudan Nagar here and a close relative of Case No 41, the Information & Public Relations Department said.
With this, the affected tally in Odisha has gone up to 119. Bhubaneswar now has a total of 47 cases and 26 among them have recovered. The city had not reported any corona positive cases since April 14.
The virus has claimed only one life in the state so far and that person was from Bhubaneswar.
