Koraput: Congress MLA Tara Bahinipati on Monday claimed that a Jeypore resident who had tested corona positive has violated home quarantine and gone to Vishakhapatnam without informing local authorities.
The Jeypore MLA has urged Koraput Collector to coordinate with Visakhapatnam administration to trace the absconding man and arrange for his treatment.
The district has reported six corona positive cases with all of them being returnees from Andhara Pradesh. According to official sources, they are in quarantine centres.
