Bhubaneswar: Odisha saw a record 112 patients recovering from COVID-19 on Saturday, taking the cured tally to 1716.
According to Health and Family Welfare Department Tweet, 33 patients have been cured in Kendrapara, 16 in Balangir, 11 in Jajpur, 10 in Sundargarh, eight in Jagatsinghpur, seven each in Ganjam and Khurda, four each in Cuttack and Sonepur, three in Balasore, Puri, and Sambalpur, two in Nayagarh and one in Mayurbhanj.
They are being discharged, the Tweet further said.
The day also saw 173 new cases.
