Corona Spreads To 18 Districts Of Odisha, 63% Patients In 15-40 Age Group

Bhubaneswar: The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) has spread to 18 districts of Odisha with three new cases being reported from Mayurbhanj and another four from Jagatsinghpur since Wednesday, taking the affected tally 205.

Among the virus-afflicted, 22 are in the age group above 60 years, which is 10.73 per cent of the total number patients in the state.

Besides, 128 patients are in the age group between 15 and 40 (62.43%), 64 in the age group between 41 and 60 (31.21%) and 13 in the age group between 0 and 14 (6.34%).

Of 205 patients, 154 are male (75.12%) and 51 female (24.87%).
