Keonjhar: The total COVID-19 caseload in Keonjhar district surged to 414 on Monday with the overnight addition of 24 fresh cases.
Five of the new patients are from Barbil municipality. They are the contacts of an earlier positive case.
Besides, 18 positive cases were reported from temporary medical centres (TMC) at Saharpada, Champua, Keonjhar Sadar, Hatadihi and Joda. One of the new patients is a corona warrior, the district administration informed.
With 331 recoveries, Keonjhar district has 83 active cases at present.
