Bhubaneswar: The Odisha government on Saturday announced that all Anganwadi centres (AWCs) will be closed till March 31 in view of the outbreak of coronavirus.

In a letter to the district collectors, Director, ICDS and Social Welfare, Aravind Agarwal said that it must be ensured that the children get morning snacks and Hot Cooked Meals (HCMs) in their homes so that there is no disruption in the Supplementary Nutrition Programme (SNP).
Any deviation in the proper implementation of the tasks will be strictly viewed, Agarwal said.
