COVID-19: 17 Odisha Districts Report Less Than 10 Cases Each

Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 tally in Odisha surged to 3,30,921 on Wednesday with 231 new cases reported overnight. The good news is as many as 17 districts have reported less than 10 cases overnight.

Of the new cases reported from 28 districts, 133 are from quarantine and 98 are local contacts.

Among the districts, Sundergarh reported the highest 32 new cases, followed by Bargarh (25), Angul (21), Jharsuguda (15), Sambalpur (14), Jajpur (12), Balangir (11), Cuttack (11), Khurda (11), Kendrapada (10), Puri (10), Keonjhar (9), Balasore (8), Mayurbhanj (8), Bhadrak (5), Gankam (4), Gajapati (3), Koraput (3), Jagatsinghpur (2), Deogarh (2), Dhenkanal (2), Nawarangpur (2), Nayagarh (2), Sonepur (2), Boudh (1), Kalahandi (1), Nuapada (1) and Rayagada (1).

Besides, the state pool has 3 cases.

At present, Odisha has 2,203 active cases and 3,26,778 patients have recovered.
