Bhubaneswar: Less than half the districts of Odisha reported recovery figure of COVID-9 in double digit as 523 more patients recovered and were discharged on Tuesday.
While 14 districts of the total 30 in the state registered double digit recovery figure, only 3 districts crossed 50, according to the data of Health and Family Welfare department.
Of the day’s recovery figure, 55 were from Balangir, 52 from Mayurbhanj, 51 from Khurda, 47 from Sundargarh, 45 from Cuttack, 32 from Angul, 29 from Jajpur, 26 from Balasore, 24 each from Bargarh and Nuapada, 21 from Jagatsinghpur, 16 from Sambalpur, 14 from Kendrapara and 13 from Puri.
Other districts’ recovery figure is as follows:
9 each from Ganjam, Keonjhar and Rayagada
8 from Koraput
7 from Nayagarh
6 each from Bhadrak and Kalahandi
3 each from Jharsuguda and Malkangiri
2 each from Dhenkanal and Nabarangpur
1 from Deogarh
