Bhubaneswar: Seven new cases of COVID-19 were reported in the city in the last 24 hours, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) informed on Saturday.
Of the new cases, one is from quarantine and six are through local contacts. Of total local contact cases, one each was reported from Sailashri Vihar, Jagannath Nagar Basti, IRC Village, Nayapalli, CRPF Chhak, and Palasuni.
Eight patients have been cured of the disease during the period.
