Mayurbhanj: The Mayurbhanj district administration on Monday announced 72-hour shutdown of Jashipur Community Health Centre.
The shutdown has been imposed after a couple of staff of the healthcare facility tested positive for COVID-19.
Notably, the number of COVID-19 cases in Mayurbhanj district rose to 467 after 12 more tested positive on Sunday. Among which, two infected corona warriors were from Jashipur block.
Contact tracing of all the positive cases is underway, the administration tweeted.
With 298 recoveries, Mayurbhanj district now has 167 active cases.
