Mumbai: Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar, who tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday, tweeted on Monday to inform that he has been admitted to a hospital ‘as a precautionary measure under medical advice’.
The actor was shooting for Ram Setu, co-starring Jacqueline Fernandez and Nushrratt Bharuccha, over the last few days.
Federation of Western India Cine Employees General Secretary Ashok Dubey had earlier confirmed that 45 crew members working on the film have also tested positive for the virus. They have been quarantined,” Dubey was quoted as saying by ETimes.
