Bhubaneswar: With Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik announcing the lock down in five districts and eight major urban localities, Odisha has become the first state in the country to lock-down 40% of the state to combat the killer coronavirus.
The announcement of the lock down was made by the Chief Minister as 70 per cent of the total 3200 foreign returnees belong to these five districts (Khurda (including Bhubaneswar, Ganjam, Cuttack (including Cuttack city), Kendrapara and Angul).
