Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 positive tally in Bhubaneswar went up to 31,340 on Saturday with 38 new cases reported in the last 24 hours.
According to the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), 27 of these new cases are local contacts and 11 are in quarantine.
Meanwhile, 28 more patients have recovered from the disease during the period.
Of the total 31,340 positive cases reported in the city so far, 30,718 have recovered and 231 have succumbed to the disease. Currently, there are 370 active cases in the capital city.
