Bhubaneswar: The Odisha capital reported 28 new COVID-19 positive cases in the last 24 hours.
According to the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), 16 of the new cases are local contacts and 12 are from quarantine.
Meanwhile, 45 more patients recovered from the disease during the period.
With this, the COVID-19 positive tally in the city has gone up to 30,954.
So far, 30,359 patients have recovered and 225 have succumbed to the disease in Bhubaneswar. There are 349 active cases at present, according to the BMC.
