COVID-19: Boost Your Immunity With These Superfoods

As the coronavirus scare has gripped the entire world, with no vaccine or drugs available for its treatment, it’s better to be safe than feel sorry later on.

Besides following the precautionary measures issued by the health department, you can include the below listed food items in your daily diet to boost your immunity for fighting against the virus.

ANTIOXIDANTS

Antioxidants like berries, onions, garlic, ginger, carrots and pumpkins are extremely essential for building our immune system to fight off the virus. These foods also contain Vitamin C, B and E, which help to get rid of infections.

LIQUORICE
Liquorice has many antiviral, antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties and is very effective in treating many viral infections.

PREBIOTIC FOODS
