Bhubaneswar: The Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC) on Thursday sealed Reliance Trends at Sahid Nagar in the city after some employees of the textile outlet tested positive for COVID-19.
The BMC, in a release, said the store will remain closed till May 5 and directed it to take up certain measures to prevent spread of the virus.
The store authorities have been directed to sanitise the entre premises as per the state and Central government guidelines. Nobody will be allowed to go inside and come outside the store except authorised persons of BMC during the sealed period.
They have been told to ensure that all the infected employees of the store must remain in isolation and inform the BMC in case of any fresh positive case.
