Bhubaneswar: The daily COVID-19 positive cases in the capital city continued the downward trend as 27 new patients were identified in the last 24 hours.
According to the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), of the new cases, 17 are local contacts cases while 10 are from quarantine.
As many as 41 more patients recovered from the disease during the period.
With this, the COVID-19 positive tally has gone up to 30778 in the city.
While 30122 patients have recovered, 219 have succumbed to the disease. There are 416 active cases at present, according to the BMC.
