Bhubaneswar: Union Minister of Human Resource Development Dr. Ramesh Pokhriyal Nishank will launch helpline ‘Bharosa’ of the Central University of Odisha (CUO) to provide psychological counselling to its students.
The CUO has taken the initiative in collaboration with Association of Health Psychologist (AHP) and Support for the Emotional Rehabilitation of Virus Victims (SERV). In a first such move, the university has set up the helpline for counselling of the students by the experts in coping with emotional and cognitive dimensions of COVID-19.
The pilot of ‘Bharosa’ (08046801010) was launched by Koraput Collector Madhusudan Mishra on May 5.
