COVID-19: Less Than Half Of Odisha Districts Report Two-Digit Recoveries

Bhubaneswar: Less than half of 30 districts of Odisha reported two-digit recoveries from COVID-19 as total 230 patients got cured of the disease and were discharged on Wednesday.

Of the day’s recoveries, 31 were from Sundargarh, 30 from Angul, 17 each from Balangir and Khurda, 14 from Mayurbhanj, 13 each from Balasore and Sambalpur, 12 each from Cuttack, Jajpur and Kendrapada and 10 from Nuapada, according to Health and Family Welfare department.

The number of patients recovered from other districts is as follows:
9 from Jharsuguda
7 each from Bargarh and Jagatsinghpur
6 from Keonjhar
4 from Deogarh
3 from Ganjam
2 from Kalahandi
1 each from Bhadrak, Nayagarh and Rayagada
8 from State Pool
The total recovered cases in Odisha now stand at 3,27,008 against positive tally of 3,30,921 with 231 new cases reported overnight.
