COVID-19 Lockdown: Odisha CM Sends Out Love To Children For Staying At Home

Bhubaneswar: Chief Spokesperson on COVID-19 Suborot Bagchi on Tuesday explained the reason for Odisha’s success in restricting coronavirus cases to three.

He said that the first confirmed case was detected on March 15, the second on March 19 and the third case on March 26.

Bagchi attributed it to awareness among people and sacrifices made by the people of the state during the lockdown. “Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik has send out love to children who have set an example for the elders by practising patience and staying at home. We don’t see them on the streets as they are abiding by the guidelines,” he said.

The CM has asked them to convince their elders to stay at home and practice social distancing, he added.
