Bhubaneswar: Taking note of the countrywide lockdown, the Odisha government has ordered early disbursement of pension.
In a letter to Treasury officers in the district, special and sub-treasuries on Monday, the joint director of the Directorate of Treasuries & Inspection said that the monthly pension bill for the month of March along with arrear dearness relief (Tl) from July 1, 2019 will be generated centrally in the IFMS (Integrated Finance Management System) on the night on March 31. The same will be available with the Treasuries for further processing at their end and early disbursement.
