Cuttack: The daily count of COVID-19 positive cases further dropped in the city which reported 54 new patients on Tuesday.
According to Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC), of the new cases, 20 were detected in institutional quarantine centres and 9 in home quarantine, while 25 were local contacts.
With the day’s addition, the total COVID-19 positive cases have gone up to 14,220 in the city. While 13,281 patients have recovered, 66 have succumbed to the disease. There are 873 positive cases in the city at present, the CMC stated.
