Bhubaneswar: A total of 134 new COVID-19 cases were reported overnight taking the positive tally in Odisha to 3,33,444 as on Monday.
Of the new cases detected in 21 districts, 79 were from quarantine centres and 55 local contacts.
Sundargarh reported the highest of 25 new cases followed by Sambalpur (19), Puri (16), Jharsuguda (12), Nuapada (11), Balasore (9), Jajpur (7), Angul and Khurda five each, Mayurbhanj (4), three each in Keonjhar, Bargarh, and Balangir, two each in Boudh, Cuttack (2) and Sonepur, and one each in Gajapati, Ganjam, Jagatsinghpur, Kalahandi, and Kendrapada.
Besides, the state pool has one positive cases.
At present, Odisha has 1,944 active cases while 3,29,546 patients have recovered.
