Bhubaneswar: COVID-19 dropped further in Odisha as the state reported 720 new cases in the last 24 hours that took the total caseload of the state to 996153 on Monday. The figure is the lowest in four months. The state logged 868 cases on Sunday.
Out of 50727 samples tested on Monday, the Test Positivity Rate (TPR) for the day stood at 1.41 per cent.
Khurda district reported the highest 279 new infections, followed by Cuttack (91) and Jagatsinghpur (33).
