Bhubaneswar: Odisha recorded 72 new COVID-19 cases in the last 24 hours, the I&PR Department informed on Sunday.
Of the new cases detected in 18 districts, 49 are from quarantine and 29 are local contacts.
While Angul was the only district to log cases in two digits (10), rest 17 districts recorded cases in single digit.
Currently, the number of total active cases in the state stands at 816 and recovered cases at 3,32,842.
