Bhubaneswar: Odisha recorded 105 new cases of COVID-19 in the last 24 hours, the I&PR Department informed on Tuesday.
Of the new cases detected in 22 districts, 63 are from quarantine and 42 are local contacts.
Sundargarh reported the highest of 14 cases, followed by 13 each in Cuttack and Khurda, Puri (7), five each in Bargarh, Bhadrak, Jharsuguda, and Mayurbhanj, four each in Jajpur, and Keonjhar, three each in Angul, Balasore, Balangir, Ganjam, Kandhamal, Rayagada and Sambalpur, Nuapada (2), one each in Jagatsinghpur, Kendrapada, Koraput, and Sonepur.
Besides, the state pool has three cases.
At present, Odisha has 803 active cases while 3,33,031 patients have recovered.
