Bhubaneswar: As many as 1,917 persons tested COVID-19 positive in Odisha in last 24 hours taking the total caseload to 9,63,851 on Thursday.
Among 78,134 samples tested, the Test Positivity Rate (TPR) stood at 2.45 per cent.
Of the new cases from 30 districts in Odisha, 1109 are from quarantine while 808 are local contact cases.
Khurda district logged the highest 518 cases followed by Cuttack (256) and Puri (118).
