COVID-19: Odisha Reports 206 New Cases, Single Digit In 16 Districts

Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 tally in Odisha surged to 3,31,602 on Saturday with 206 new cases reported overnight.

Of the new cases reported from 23 districts, 119 are in quarantine and 87 are local contacts.

Among the districts, Angul reported the highest of 27 new cases, followed by Sundergarh (26), Balangir (26), Khurda (18), Bargarh (16), Sambalpur (16), Jajpur (10), Jharsuguda (9), Mayurbhanj (8), Keonjhar (7), Nuapada (6), Cuttack (6), Gajapati (5), Puri (4), Kendrapada (4), Sonepur (3), Ganjam (3), Bhadrak (2), Balasore (2), Boudh (2), Deogarh (1), Dhenkanal (1), and Rayagada (1).

Besides, the state pool has 3 cases.

At present, Odisha has 2,124 active cases and 3,27,534 patients have recovered.
