Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 positive tally in Odisha went up to 3,28,201 on Saturday with 334 new cases reported overnight.
Of the new cases reported from 28 districts, 194 are in quarantine and 140 are local contacts.
Among the districts, Sundargarh reported the highest of 40 new cases, while Khurda and Sambalpur reported 30 cases each.
Of the others, Balangir reported 27 new cases, followed by Cuttack (26), Angul (23), Mayurbhanj (20), Balasore (18), Kendrapada (16), Jharsuguda (14), Jajpur (13), Nuapada (13), Bargarh (10), Bhadrak (10), Rayagada (9), Ganjam (5), Kalahandi (5), Keonjhar (5), Jagatsinghpur (3), Boudh (2), Deogarh (1), Dhenkanal (1), Kandhamal (1), Koraput (1), Nayagarh (1), Puri (1), and Sonepur (1).
Besides, the state pool has seven cases.
At present, Odisha has 2,913 active cases and 3,23378 patients have recovered.
