COVID-19: Odisha Reports 358 New Cases; Angul Tops District List

Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 positive tally in Odisha went up to 3,25,505 on Friday with 358 new cases reported overnight.

Of the new cases reported from 27 districts, 208 are in quarantine and 150 are local contacts.

Among the districts, Angul reported the highest of 52 new cases, followed by Khurda (36), Balasore (35), Sundergarh (29), Cutack (28), Nuapada (26), Sambalpur (21), Mayurbhanj (17), Jajpur (15), Balangir (13), Kendrapara (11), Keonjhar (8), Koraput (8), Bargarh (7), Jharsuguda (6), Nawarangpur (6),  Dhenkanal (5), Ganjam (5), Deogarh (4), Gajapati (4), Jagatsinghpur (4), Kalahandi (4),  Bhadrak (1),  Nayagarh (1), Puri (1), Rayagada (1), and Sonepur (1).

Besides, the state pool has nine cases.

At present, Odisha has 3,039 active cases and 3,20,584 patients have recovered.
