Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 tally in Odisha soared to 3,20,394 on Friday with 377 new cases reported overnight.
Of the new cases reported from 27 districts, 215 are in quarantine and 162 are local contacts.
District wise, Khurda led the tally with 56 new cases, followed by Sundergarh (47), Angul (28), Maurbhanj (25), Cuttack (18), Balasore (16), Nuapada (14), Puri (13), Keonjhar (13), Bargarh (11), Jajpur (12), Jagatsinghpur (11), Bhadrak (9), Jharsuguda (8), Koraput (8), Sambalpur (8), Nayagarh (6), Kalahandi (7), Kendrapara (7), Ganjam (6), Sonepur (4), Dhenkanal (3), Balangir (2), Deogarh (2), Rayagada (2), Kandhamal (1), and Malkangiri (1).
Besides, the state pool has 12 new cases.
At present, Odisha has 4,558 active cases and 3,14,023 patients have recovered.
