Bhubaneswar: The number of COVID-19 positive cases in Odisha went up to 3,23,029 on Friday with 387 new cases reported in the last 24 hours.
Of the new cases reported from all 30 districts, 220 are in quarantine and 167 are local contacts, according to data released by the I&PR Department.
Among the districts, Sundergarh registered the highest of 58 new cases, followed by Khurda (51), Angul (27), Mayurbhanj (23), Bhadrak (21), Cuttack (19), Baragarh (17), Balasore (16), Balangir (16), Kalahandi (15), Puri (14), Nuapada (13), Sambalpur (10), Jajpur (9), Jharsuguda (8), Deogarh (8), Jagatsinghpur (7), Ganjam (6), Rayagada (6), Dhenkanal (5), Kendrapada (5), Keonjhar (3), Nabarangpur (3), Nayagarh (3), Boudh (2), Gajapati (2), Sonepur (2), Kandhamal (1), and Malkangiri (1).
Besides, the state pool has 13 cases.
At present, Odisha has 3,308 active cases and 3,17,870 patients have recovered.
