COVID-19: Odisha Reports 409 New Cases

Bhubaneswar: The COVID-19 tally in Odisha soared to 3,20,803 on Saturday with 409 new cases reported overnight

Of the new cases reported from 27 districts, 234 are in quarantine and 175 are local contacts.

District wise, Sundergarh led the tally with 53 new cases, followed by Khurda (44), Angul (35), Cuttack (34), Balangir (32), Mayurbhanj (25), Baragarh (22), Kalahandi (17), Kendrapara (16), Jagatsinghpur (15), Puri (14), Jharsuguda (11), Nuapada (11), Sambalpur (11), Bhadrak (10), Keonjhar (10), Balasore (9), Jajpur (7),  Nabarangpur (5), Ganjam (4), Rayagada (4), Koraput (3), Deogarh (2), Nayagarh (2), Dhenkanal (1), Boudh (1), and Malkangiri (1).

Besides, the state pool has 10 new cases.

At present, Odisha has 4,320 active cases and 3,14,665 patients have recovered.
