COVID-19: Odisha’s 9 Districts Report Two-Digit Recovery Figure

Bhubaneswar: Nine districts of Odisha reported COVID-19 recovery in two-digit as 228 patients got cured from the disease and were discharged from hospitals in the state on Sunday.

Of the recovered patients, 39 are from Sundargarh district, 23 from Angul, 20 from Khurda, 19 from Keonjhar, 16 from Balasore, 13 from Bargarh, 12 from Jajpur and 10 each from Jharsuguda and Nuapada, according to Health and Family Welfare department.

The recovery figures from other districts are as follow:

9 from Balangir

8 from Cuttack

7 from Gajapati

5 each from Kendrapada and Mayurbhanj
4 each from Deogarh, Puri and Sonepur
3 each from Bhadrak, Rayagada and Sambalpur
2 each from Boudh and Ganjam
1 each from Jagatsinghpur and Koraput
5 from State Pool
With the day’s addition, the total recovered cases in Odisha now stand at 3,29,546 against positive tally of total of 3,333,10 with 183 new cases reported overnight.
