Jeypore: With the second-highest single-day spike of 95 positive cases in the last 24 hours, the COVID-19 tally in Odisha’s Koraput district rose to 2,539 on Sunday.
According to the district administration, 51 of the newly infected were the direct contacts of previous cases, 37 were local contact cases and seven were detected in quarantine centres.
One is a returnee from Bhubaneswar.
