Bhubaneswar: Odisha recorded 114 new COVID-19 positive cases in the last 24 hours, the I&PR Department informed on Sunday.
Of the new cases detected in 19 districts, 68 are from quarantine and 46 are local contacts.
Sundargarh reported the highest of 21 cases, followed by Bargarh (11), Khurda (9), eight each in Angul, Nuapada and Puri, seven each in Balasore and Cuttack, Jajpur (6), five each in Mayurbhanj and Ganjam, Sambalpur (4), three each in Rayagada and Balangir, two each in Jagatsinghpur and Jharsuguda, one each in Deogah, Nawarangpur and Sonepur.
Besides, the state pool has two cases.
At present, Odisha has 1,151 active cases while 3,31,962 patients have recovered.
