Rourkela: The COVID-19 tally in Odisha’s Sundargarh district touched 917 on Thursday with an overnight addition of 60 fresh cases.
Of the new cases, 50 are from Rourkela Municipal Corporation (RMC) area, which is under complete lockdown till July 31, and 10 are from Bisra.
Among the 50 new cases in Rourkela, 49 cases are symptomatic while one is the contact of a previous positive case.
Here are the details of the new cases given by the Sundargarh district administration:
“We will soon be publishing the Bisra case details as we are still compiling the data for confirmation,” the district administration tweeted on Thursday.
With two deaths and 727 recoveries, Sundargarh district has 185 active cases so far.
